This Page is dedicated to our troops fighting in Iraq
or WHEREVER in the World and also to the coalition troops fighting with us.

We, as a family, support our Troops now, and always have, wherever they may be fighting in the world...
May God watch over you and safely bring you back home.

Tom & Renee Buchanan
Retired Military Family

To Our Heroes

For those who fight on distant shore,
Who give without a word;
Defending us with honor,
So gallantly they serve.

For every boy who leaves his home,
Returning here a man;
And every woman who made a choice,
To make serving part of her plan.

For every fallen soldier,
Who gave all they could give;
To guarantee our liberty,
And the freedom that we live.

Each one who served with honor,
The brave, the tried, the true;
America gives it thanks today,
For we see a hero in you.

 For all the free people that still protest.
  You're welcome.
 We protect you and you are protected by the best.
  Your voice is strong and loud,
  but who will fight for you? No one standing in your crowd.
  We are your fathers, brothers, and sons,
  wearing the boots and carrying guns.
  We are the ones that leave all we own,
  to make sure your future is carved in stone.
  We are the ones who fight and die,
  We might not be able to save the world, well, at least we try.
  We walked the paths to where we are at
  and we want no choice other than that.
  So when you rally your group to complain,
  take a look in the back of your brain.
  In order for that flag you love to fly
  wars must be fought and young men must die.
  We came here to fight for the ones we hold dear.
  If that's not respected, we would rather stay here.
  So please stop yelling, put down your signs,
  and pray for those behind enemy lines.
  When the conflict is over and all is well,
  be thankful that we chose to go through hell.

Corporal Joshua Miles and all the boys from 3rd Battallion 2nd Marines,
Kuwait

I received this poem in an e-mail...
There was a note stating that
"Cpl Miles and his buddies wanted people to see how they feel".

I live in America
The good old USA,
and in hard times like this,
the pledge I proudly say.
We live in a land of freedom,
with Amber waves of grain.
let's forget about the unpeaceful people,
like uh....Saddam Hussein!
This is my country,
the proud red, white and blue,
and you defend its people,
Gee, do I love you!!!

This poem was written by a 10-year-old student
Laura Hawkins, from Middletown, Ohio
(Published in "The Journal News, Hamilton, OH

Before I lay me down to sleep
And fall into a slumber deep
Hear this little prayer of mine...

Bless those on land and sea and air
Who fight for freedom here and there
Send special blessings from above
Protect them with your shields of love
Return them safely, we humbly pray
To the Land Of The Free
And the Home Of The Brave

Puppy dogs of war lift spirits of troops in Iraq
Isn't it amazing what the unconditional love of a puppy
 can do to boost the morale of our troops????
Maybe we, humans, could take a lesson from it....
