This is Jason, our
oldest grandson.
Jason will be 13
years old in June.
It is hard for me to
believe that he will
be a teenager
soon-time goes by so
fast. When I
met Jason he
was 9 years old-not
an easy time for a
young boy to accept
someone new in his
life, but yet, after
a little while, him
and I formed a very
special bond.
I must say that I
fell "in love" with
my little man. He is so
easy to love and he
always gives back
more than he is
given. He is
very sensitive and I
care very much for
him.
Jason, I want you to know
that I will always
be here for you
whenever you need
me... |

Jason is an avid
soccer player and he
is good at it.
I enjoy going to his
games when we visit.
He also likes to go
fishing and grandpa
is always happy to
take him. He
wouldn't think of
eating the fish they
catch though-they
all go back in the water.
He is so
tender hearted when
it comes to animal.
Jason likes anything
that crawl, (like
snakes.......yuck)
flies or what have
you!! He also likes to play Video games (don't they all!!!) and he likes to take pictures.
Jason also did some
Scuba Diving, and
Karate.

Jason loves to tease
me. He knows I am
afraid of snakes so
he used to hide
"faked"
snakes
around-including in my bed... He'd be so happy when he would hear me scream.
Now that I've gotten
used to it, it is
not so much fun for
him anymore...Jason
is caring beyond
words and wouldn't
hurt anybody or
anything. I love
him dearly and I am
proud to be his
grandma. Jason
is a "charmer" and
he knows how to get
to grandma!!!!!

The last two summers
Jason and John have
come up to Ohio to
spend a few days
with us. We took
them to the
Cincinnati Zoo, The
Newport Aquarium, The Cincinnati
Museum Center and
everywhere else we
could think of. Last
summer we took them
to the Butler County Fair
and they had a lot
of fun!!! |
