Jack
is our oldest
son...and
we love him
dearly.
He was
born in La
Rochelle,
France
He is an
avid exerciser,
and has
been for
many
years...
He
is also a
licensed
"Spinning"
instructor
and
teaches,
in the
evenings
in
different
Clubs in
New York.
I am not
sure what
"Spinning"
is,
if you ask
me...
He also
loves to
go bicycle
riding....often,
he will
ride with
groups
on
Saturday
or
Sunday
for 50, 60
miles and
even
more...Ouch!!!!!
He likes
taking
pictures
and I have
been using
some
on
various
pages of
my web
sites...

For
the past two years, Jack
has been doing the
100-miles bicycle riding
MS
Marathon,
and I am so proud
of him, as it is such a
worthy cause..

Jack loves
music and also plays the
guitar...
I love music myself and
always wanted to learn
to play
the piano or the violin
as a child, but
when I grew up
we didn't have the
money. So when
Jack was 8, I thought it
would be nice
to have him learn
music...I bought him a
trumpet and signed him
up
for some lessons....oh
my
goodness..."Twinkle
Twinkle Little
Star"
became the song of the
day...lol
Jack didn't like the
trumpet so there went my
dream..
In 1971, when we were
stationed in Germany,
his uncle Ronnie, who
was also stationed there, came to visit us
and gave him a guitar..
Jack had found his dream
instrument.....when he
was around 19,
he bought his very first
electric guitar-a Gibson
"Les Paul"

A
Mother's Love
I
have watched you grow up
over the years,
And shared in the
learning, the joys and the
tears,
I've seen you become the
person who you are today,
A child of mine, and so
very special to me, in
every way.
Through
the years you have brought
my heart many smiles,
And even through any hard
times, you made it all
worthwhile.
I will always be here for
you, always right by your
side,
Whether it be just to
listen to you, or to be
your guide.
I can't lead your life for
you, and protect you from
all harms,
But my love will be
embracing you, as if you
were in my arms.
Above all else, your
happiness is so very
important to me,
And when I see your
smiling face, it fills my
heart so lovingly.
I gave you the gift of
life, and in return I've
received love,
You, a true blessing given
to me from the Lord above.
For the love between a
mother and a child is like
no other,
And I am so proud that I
am able to say, I am YOUR
mother.
