My mommy goes crazy with that camera...she keeps it close by and as soon as I do one little thing different...snap...snap...snap....she is "trigger" happy...she went wild taking pictures on my birthday...well...I didn't say much 'cause it was my first birthday and I guess it is important to her...

My mommy didn't  put one of those silly pointed hats on my head this time..
and she didn't  tie a balloon to my paw either....

This is Ruth my friend-she likes me a lot
and when she comes visit she always has a cookie in
her pocket for me...They were at my Birthday party.

This is Bob holding me...He is my friend who keeps
 cookies in his van for me...I know he likes me too.  
They brought me a gift for my birthday..

Being one year old makes me a big boy....boy that cake was good....
I cleaned up my plate in a hurry..
This was a real good birthday...I will remember it!!!

My mommy and daddy bought me this little bear for my birthday
 and Ruth and Bob brought me the "chewy" bone..

Here I am again with a silly pointed hat on my head...
and then I am trying to open my gifts...I am not good unwrapping stuff-
I never had gifts before...

There I am again with a balloon tied to my paw
 and also with that silly looking pointed hat... I don't  look too happy !!!!!!
I wrote to my aunt Karryn about it and she said:
"Wow Jessie, sounds like you had a great day and wonderful 1st Birthday.. yea hon, you gotta wear those hats and balloons to make mom happy.. I know, its tough being the little man but makes the family happy having you all partied up.. But believe me you looked very handsome in your hat so that's good
